PROCEDURE

The Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and its Annexes and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community were ratified by the Dutch Parliament on 05.12.1957. The Second Chamber of the States-General approved the Treaties on 5 October by 114 votes to 12 with 24 abstentions. The First Chamber adopted ratification on 4 December by 46 votes to 5.
