PROCEDURE

The Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and its Annexes and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community were ratified by the Belgian Parliament on 02.12.1957. The Chamber of Representatives approved the Treaties by 174 votes to 4 with 2 abstentions. The Senate subsequently approved them on 28 November by 134 votes to 2 with 2 abstentions.
